The professionalism was quite evident. The food was to die for and the presentation was out of this world. Your team of people worked so well together to set everything up even with just brief instructions on the centerpieces. I have heard nothing but raving reviews from our guests on your food and services as well as the beautiful presentation of everything. Many said they had never seen that hall look so good. I could have never asked for a better catering service and the cost was so extremely reasonable for all that it included. Other places only offer about half the number of items for the same rate. Everything was wonderful...and I was definitely right about adding that fabulous cheese board...it was a big hit and very necessary since the kids did take awhile getting the photos on the beach. Although I live in GA, if anyone ever talks about getting married down there, I will definitely recommend you all. A lot of Adrienne and Ryan's friends made comments about wanting to do the same thing when they get married...they had a 10 bridesmaids and 9 ushers and lots of their friends show up....so, who, knows...maybe some of them will choose Charleston also...and hopefully use you all. I just wanted to tell you how very, very pleased I was with the job you and your staff did with Jennifer and Jonathans wedding reception last month. My family, my friends, and Jonathas family all came to me afterwards to tell me how wonderful the food was, and how very impressed they were with the professionalism of you and your staff. My parents have called several times since then and are still talking about how delicious the food was! Good thing they dont know I still have some in the freezer! My dads brother and his wife came from Augusta the day after the wedding (they had to attend a funeral on the day of the wedding), and we served them a buffet of leftovers, and they thought everything was great! My uncle is a Colonel in the army, and when his daughters got married in Augusta, they had the receptions at the officers club, and they said your food was much better! The layout of the food was so beautiful, and the added plus was that it enhanced the atmosphere instead of dominating it like I've seen some other companies do. You ensured the family, vacationing from New Jersey and several other states, had a relaxing and fun time and relieved the stress of throwing an intimate gathering in a town where they knew no one. Forsyth Birthday July 4, 2007 I just wanted to thank you and your staff for all they did for our daughter's wedding reception, June 24th at the Creek Club in Ion. As purchasing director at the country club where I work, I'm familiar with food quality and service quality. The reception food was great and the staff was friendly, attentive, and hard working. I personally got a little of almost every food item, and enjoyed it all, especially the shrimp and grits. We also got a great deal of compliments on the food and service from our guests. We were so pleased with the service. The guests loved the LowCountry Boil. Our theme was beach/nautical and Regal offered to bring items to decorate as well. They brought colorful fish and a big boat dish to serve the LowCountry Boil from. It was a great presentation. Since this was our third daughter and our third Charleston wedding we had became accustomed to the details and work it takes to put a wedding together. I cannot say enough about Regal Catering. Friendly, personal and professional and knows everything you need to know about making the evening absolutely perfect. Her years of experience and knowledge show in all she does.
